Description:

• The centerpiece is a cardstock or sunpack board cutout of a woman or princess 
•  A large, asymmetrical balloon garland acts as one side of the dress. It is typically made from 100–200 latex balloons in various shades of pink (hot pink, pastel pink, and metallic)
• To complete the gown effect, pink satin or net fabric is draped from the cutout’s waist to the floor, often held in place by hooks or weighted stands
•  The entire arrangement is supported by a round metal or plastic arch stand (usually 6×6 ft or 7×7 ft), which provides the structural base for the balloons and fabric.
